This blueprint measures 65 x 140 cm (DIN A0 = 88,2 x 124,7 cm). The author is Fritz Köhl, also author of the book "Vom Original zum Modell: Uboottyp XXI" (1988), where the drafts are in format DIN A 1 = 59,4 x 84,1 cm. The blueprint I scanned did not have any signature. The original designer of the Type XXI U-Boats was Dr. Ing. Oelfken.
